Atlantic Only was created to showcase stays and experiences shaped by the character of Atlantic Canada. Our first destination, Fisher’s Lakeside, brings together nature, art, wellness and maritime-inspired design in a private lakefront setting just 30 minutes from Halifax.
A Personal Vision, Brought to Life
Atlantic Only began with a simple ambition: to create the kind of place that could not be replicated anywhere else.
Rather than following a conventional rental formula, Fisher’s Lakeside was developed room by room and experience by experience. Original artwork, collected objects, expressive interiors and carefully shaped outdoor spaces give the property its own identity—one that feels connected to Nova Scotia without relying on familiar coastal clichés.

Greg Fisher is a Halifax-based entrepreneur and award-winning creative professional with more than two decades of experience spanning property marketing, design, photography, architecture and tourism.
Through Atlantic Only, Greg created Fisher’s Lakeside as a deeply personal expression of his love for Nova Scotia—bringing together art, nature, maritime character and thoughtful design to create a lakefront stay that feels genuinely unlike anywhere else.
